How do I choose the correct vehicle class for my baggage and luggage?
For 1 to 2 passengers with up to two suitcases, our Prestige Sedans are perfect. For passengers carrying golf clubs, multiple bags, or surfboards, we recommend booking a Station Wagon or SUV. For large parties with bulky bags, our 11-Seater Maxi Taxi is the best choice.
Are baby seats and child booster seats available in your vehicles?
Yes. We supply fully certified rear-facing, forward-facing, and booster safety seats. Simply specify your child seat requirements (number of children and ages) in the booking form, and we will dispatch a vehicle fitted with the correct safety restraints.
Do all your vehicles have air conditioning for summer comfort?
Yes, every vehicle in our fleet is equipped with high-output air conditioning. Our Maxi Taxis feature dedicated rear passenger A/C outlets, and our sedans/SUVs feature multi-zone climate control settings to ensure passenger comfort during warm summer days.
Do you accept NDIS plans and Commercial Passenger Vehicle vouchers?
Yes. Our Wheelchair Accessible Taxis (WAT) are fully certified to accept CPVV vouchers, and we support NDIS travel funding payouts. Our drivers are trained in mobility safety protocols.
